Series Description:


Give your life, your diet, and your mental health a much needed boost, with the second season of the 13-part National Public Television series, The Life of Loi: Mediterranean Secrets, with Chef Maria Loi of the critically acclaimed Manhattan restaurant, Loi Estiatorio. Known as the ‘Julia Child of Greece,’ Loi shares thousands of years of knowledge baked into Mediterranean cuisine as she takes us across Greece, teaching the secrets behind some of the region's most classic dishes. From the island of Naxos in the Aegean Sea, to the unspoiled region of Costa Navarino in the Peloponnese, Loi gives an insider’s tour of her home country as only she can. Viewers then join Loi in her NYC restaurant where she cooks with her “fabulous foodie friends” as she demonstrates a unique spin on the tasty, healthy, easy to make dishes inspired by her travels.
